We only process your card when we are going to despatch your order. Please read our security statement below. When ordering on-line, you must be the cardholder, and give the registered cardholder’s address, even if the order is going to a separate delivery address. This is for your protection and card processors frequently make security checks on card payments. If you are sending a gift, we need to know so that we send the paperwork to you and not with the parcel. If you want to pay by cheque or postal order, your order must be posted to:

Simply Running wants its customers to enjoy shopping securely and use the latest technology to ensure that orders are processed safely. The ordering part of the website provides communication through SSL technology, meaning that your card details are encrypted while they are transferred over the Internet.

Cookies


Our online shopping process uses cookies to remember what you have put in your shopping cart during your shop. If you find that when you look in your cart or when you go to the checkout there are none of your selected items, it means the cookies are not activated or allowed on your computer. Please call 01482 222169 to place your order.


Your Order


We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours, but at busy times, such as Christmas, please expect a short delay. If there is going to be a delay for any reason, we will tell you straight away.


Stock


We try very hard to ensure availability of all items shown on our site, but sometimes things sell more quickly than we expect. We tell you immediately by e-mail if we’ve sold out. If we are waiting for stock, we will tell you how long it will be before we can deliver to you, and in any case we will not process your card until we despatch.


Delivery


We make one charge per order for Post and Packaging.


UK addresses


All mainland parcels are delivered by Royal Mail, and require a signature. If the postman is unable to obtain a signature, a card will be left with a contact number. Delivery of orders is charged at the following rates:


UK Standard – usually 2 - 5 days but not guaranteed £2.49 for orders up to £40.00

£4.00 for orders over £40.00

Orders over £80.00 carriage free


UK Express – guaranteed next day before noon £7.50 per order

(your order must be submitted before 2pm)


Overseas Addresses


We are happy to despatch orders overseas and charge the following rates:


Eire & Channel Isles 3 – 5 days £6.00 per order

Europe 7 – 14 days £10.00 per order

Rest of the World 14 – 21 days £20.00 per order


Returns


We know that sometimes you may want to return items and we would like to make it as easy as possible. If you are not happy with a purchase for any reason, you can return it with a copy of your invoice, and we will replace or refund goods, only, immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights. Simply Running does not offer a free returns service unless the goods are faulty or sent out incorrectly, in which case we will refund the postage on receipt of the parcel. We aim to process returns within 7 days of receiving the goods.


Exchanges & Refunds


We will exchange, make a refund or give a credit note for goods returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of the receipt date. Perfect condition means that the item can be put back into stock, ie unused, unworn, without marks (from food, grease, deodorant etc.), neatly folded in its original packaging with all labels attached. Confirmation of a refund will be sent by e-mail. Sale items can be returned for exchange or a credit voucher only. For exchange items allow 2 weeks from the date you sent your parcel for them to arrive.


How to return an item


1. For an exchange, contact Simply Running with the original order number, what you want to return, give details of the size, colour of the replacement item of your choice. This means we can allocate stock for you.


2. Carefully pack your parcel enclosing the returns form and send to:

3. Take the parcel to a Post Office. For your own security, we suggest you return goods to us by a traceable method. In the event of a lost parcel, you as the sender are responsible for processing a claim. Please make sure your parcel is insured to cover the value of the contents.

General Terms & Conditions


Our website is regularly updated but all items are offered subject to availability. If an item is no longer available, we would contact you by e-mail to offer a suitable alternative. Products have been reproduced to the highest quality possible. Computer screens affect some colours and therefore we cannot guarantee the website reflects the true colours of the products. Simply Running retains the right to refuse orders.


Cancellations


All orders may be cancelled prior to despatch and all good can be returned within 14 days – see Returns
