The Mizuno Wave Nexus Road Running Shoe has a composite fan shaped wave working in conjuction with an AP midsole which ensures a lightweight and responsive support shoe. The wave plate is rubber on the lateral side for impact cushioning while the fan shaped medial side is constructed in a TPU for additional medial stability.
